At CAPRICORN STUDIOS we are now able to provide professional standard photo printing equivalent to that on offer on UK high streets.
Customers on St Helena can now bring in their digital image files to our shop "Jasper's" and receive their 6x4" prints the same day.

Dye Sub Printing
In order to deliver this fantastic new service to the Island we have invested in a new printing system called dye-sublimation. This NEW method replaces our inkjet prints for 6x4 and 5x7 sizes with the advantages of stronger, more durable prints, completely fade resistant. The technique works by heat transfer from a ribbon type film passing over the paper 3 times to create the image. A fourth pass coats the paper with a super fine varnish that eliminates fading problems associated with inkjet printing.

A3 Printing & Framing
Alongside the photo processing we have also doubled our largest size prints to A3, an impressive 11.75" x 16.5".
Responding to the requests from our customers we now stock a ever increasing range of picture frames from regular 6x4" size, A5, 5x7", 8x10", A4 and A3. Our line up includes sterling silver and wood frames. We also offer a framing service.
Wood frames are available in various colours, including black, antique, mid-antique, honey, rosewood, blue and red.

For a more informal, fun way to display regular size photos we now have available 6x4" magnetic frames in a loads of different colours perfect for mounting on the fridge.
